I appreciate all the experiences this time. I am resigning from this position because of [簡短的離職理由]. Please let me know if anything I can do to help the transition. Thanks again for the opportunity. 信送出後就等主管聯絡,沒什麼問題。
離職時禮貌上應先通知主管,主管確認後才通知人資跑離職手續。如果先通知人資通常人資也會請你先和主管確認。然後發離職信前不要讓任何同事知道自己要離職,再好的同事也是發完離職後才能說,這樣可以減少一些不必要的麻煩及多點彈性。
離職理由簡單寫或寫些什麼生涯規劃之類的即可,因為主管收到信一定會約時間當面詳細詢問離職原因,所以寄出離職信前一定要想清楚離職的理由。
