AWS VPC 建立public NAT gateway

在AWS console建立public NAT gateway。

事前要求

參考「AWS VPC 設定public subnet」建立VPC的public subnet。

參考「AWS VPC 建立Elastic IP」建立Elastic IP。

建立public NAT gateway

登入AWS console，選擇服務區域(region)。

在上方搜尋欄搜尋"VPC"，點選[VPC]進入VPC dashboard。

在VPC dashboard左側選單[Virtual private cloud]項下點選[NAT gateways]。

然後在右側[NAT gateways]頁面點選右上方的[Create NAT gateway]按鈕。

在[Create NAT gateway]頁面，
[Name]欄位填入名稱；
[Subnet]選擇VPC的public subnet；
[Connectivity type]選擇[Public]；
[Elastic IP allication ID]選擇Elastic IP的Allocation ID。

其餘維持預設點選最下面的[Create NAT gateway]按鈕完成。

返回[NAT gateways]頁面點選新增的NAT gateway ID進入查看詳細頁面。可以看到[Primary public IPv4 address]即為Elastic IP的配發public IP，且有一個自動配發的[Primary private IPv4 address]。

Private subnet中的資源如EC2 instance若要連接到網際網路即可

透過在route table設定target到此NAT gateway的route來達成。
