Visual Studio Code Go extension執行Go專案環境變數

在Visual Studio Code(VS Code)以Go Extension執行Go專案除錯時的環境變數設定。

通常專案運行時會需要參考執行環境的環境變數，例如應用程式存取的資料庫位址、帳號密碼等，而在本機以VS Code Go Extesion執行除錯時可透過在VS Code除錯執行配置檔launch.json設定env作為環境變數。

例如下面在launch.json設定了env的兩個屬性FOO及HI。
